oh you so need to complain!! Trust me, if you complain he will get in trouble! ( I know this from experience) I have been “called” in the office many times for a poor attitude, I know shocking coming from me :) Oh and if you complain you might be able to get something out of it, especially if you tell them how offended you were from him swearing! Also, tell them that you don’t know if you can shop there anymore because he was so offensive!

It’s not too late to complain! Since you know his name, just make a phone call and ask for a manager and tell him your story. That’s just rude. I would think Wegmans would want to know if an employee was being rude to a customer. They’re one of the best companies in America to work for… he should feel lucky to have a job there and treat people better!

This should have been the perfect oppurtunity for you to just let it all out and tell him what you really thought, I know you have it in you I have seen it. I know you don’t like confrontation, but just imagine how liberated you would have felt if you spoke up and put that a-hole in his place. He is just a cashier and you never have to go to him again….next time do it.
