i get emails from red robin because i filled out a customer satisfaction survey once… this is the latest email i received.. are they kidding with this Wise Guy Burger? burger, topped with pepperoni, then MOZZARELLA sticks? really?!

health update… so i had my blood tested for diabetes and cholesterol recently and got my results back…

my kidney and liver function, glucose/sugar levels and electrolytes were all normal.
my thyroid test was normal.
my blood count found my platelets slightly high.. she recommends me taking an iron supplement.
my total cholesterol was 176 – the normal is less than 200.
my HDL was 41. greater than 50 is normal for a female.
my LDL was 117 normal is less than 130.
my triglycerides were 92. normal is less than 150.

so.. seemingly totally fine. :) cath said exercise should bring up my HDL.

i went to target today and got this black feather wreath i have had my eye on.. it’s absolutely gorgeous. it’s black with hints of purple and orange feathers. it’s totally a halloween wreath. when i hand it i will post a picture.

i’m getting so excited to decorate for christmas this year. i moved in just before xmas last year and didn’t have time to decorate.. so this year i finally get to use the christmas lights/decorations i’ve been hoarding my entire life!!

i’m on the lookout for an upside down christmas tree.. let me know if you know where i can get one..
